Everybody Move on...

Martin,

Doyle, George and Stephen do have a common stance, many of us agree with most of their points. The heart of all of this is they feel, we feel, ouor people were not immoral, no more immoral than your people or those people from New England. As you know the popular history of the Civil War, over the last forty years, has been a resurgence of history promoted by Northern Reconstruction first started in the mid 1960s. What has happend in the last decade is a backlash against this history, helped by the ability of the internet to bring like minded people together. What they are trying to do is defend their ancestors history and not be drowned out by today's media blitz, politicians, radical groups who intend to destroy the memory of their people. You must realize for everyone one of them there are thousands maybe millions who think the same.

You have good points, so do they.

I am very interested in your family history in Kentucky. Do you know the name of the militia unit you mentioned?
