Great Post Martin. I recently read something on-line about a school in eastern Kentucky. A controversy over flying the Confederate flag. Since it looks like a lot of eastern Kentucky was unionist. I guess either the kids aren't up on their genealogy or it was a Confederate enclave.

Should I remember right, it all had to do with one black kid on an opposing Basketball team. Now, I know you and I won't be flying the Confederate flag anytime soon, but this once again looks like more afro-centrism at work. Was someone making this kid wear or fly the flag, I would understand his point of view. But noooo, once again years of tradition have to be changed so it will be political correct.

Hey Martin, wouldn't it be a hoot, if those kids checked their background and found more unionist ancestors than rebs....rofl...Just the same this multi-cultural dream society irks me no end.
