The Turning Point

In Mr. Walker's book "Hell's Broke Loose in Georgia", he states that he believes that Gettysburg was not the 'Turning Point' in the war, that it was actually General Bragg's retreat from Kentucky. He gives some good arguments for that idea and I tend to lean towards that too. What do you think?
