I posted a fairly lengthy response (I am a science teacher, not a history teacher, and responded with examples of teaching evolution with a creation bent as a parallel to teaching Civil war history in Public Schools and Not getting fired). Unfortunately, the message apparently was not allowed on the board. Sorry.
