Shilo, back in the mid to late 90s. It rained so bad it delayed the battle and then someone cancelled it...and then the troops were so disapointed they fought it anyway, water and all,...it was a mess, complete organizational break down and crowd control was lost. Civilians in between two lines of battle. It was one to remember.
