Although I would love to see it Pam, but since when did polls amount to a hill of beans when it comes to issues such as this, i.e. state flags, immigration etc; Both Virginia and N. Carolina had a few Senators for the sake of argument make some meaningless counter comment but weeks if not days later apologies were made.

All one has to do now is scream racism and boycotts to follow and with that threat politicians tremble and fall under pressure from BIG MONEY.

We can then always say vote them out but in the case of this State Senator and many like him at least in Alabama he has overwhelming support from his majority (note I did not say minority) constituency. Look at the demographics in the Counties of Alabama.
