Re: How the Soldiers are (were) Buried

The ceremony will take place on May 5th in Woodville (SE Texas). That is where the soldiers company was organized in early March of 1862. There may be only two descendents present, but Sgt. Durdin will be eulogized as a local hero.

Since we have no family in Arkansas, I did not think it would work to have the dedication at the Princeton Cemetery. That marker installation will be mighty solemn.
