No Penny. The grave marker will be placed on the actual grave in Arkansas next June. The same marker will be on display for the ceremony in Texas on May 5th. It is something that has been done before though I expect not very often.

If you want to honor your ancestor who died far away, then you can order a marker (not a headstone) from the VA to memorialize that veteran. There are instructions on the headstone form.
