Chase, that dog won't hunt. While it is a very good article, one well worth our time, it is not WBTS related. According to the terms of use I should delete this post but it seems Jim, in the kindness of his Christian heart, is always bending over backward to let this stuff slide. I am not picking on you my friend, rather, I'm asking your help.

I also visit message boards where I am not a moderator. I have been a lurker and occasional poster on the "Fish Talk" forum as hosted by BillDance.com for years. I also occasionally post to the "Fender Discussion Page". I have never been delated for violating the terms of use... for one reason only. If I posted off-topic or against the terms of use I would be deleted and probably banned, especially on the Fender Forum. Why... well, actual Fender guitar techs and even corporate officers post there and no message board owner wants to look childish in front of these folks.

The same goes for these boards. Jim has a hard time getting professionals to post on this board due to the off-topic and rule violating post that are made. I try to read every post on the boards Jim has assigned to me. This includes Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas and this board. It is not as easy as it sounds.

Example, I come home, say a little after 10:00 P.M. and check the boards. Do you realize what it is like to have to read so many off-topic post. There is no desire in my mind to read anybody else's flirting, name calling, snide remarks aimed at hurting others etc. I ask that you help lead the board to what it was intended to be. A 100% WBTS related discussion between adult minded and courteous people.
