Hi Everybody,

There are a lot of features that I do not implement or that I limit the functionality on these message boards. As a test, I'm implementing the "User Delete Message" feature for this message board. You know when you post and it has a little box that includes "Password" and a series of *******'s ? Well, if you'll remember the password you assign to the message or the password you assigned to your User Profile, the "User Delete Message" feature will allow you to go back and the delete your posting either immediately or at a later date.

I guess, for the N&V site, especially, I wanted to make this feature available, so that if after thinking about your posting or if it includes a number of errors, you can delete the posting and start over again or "let sleeping dogs lie".

Like I said this is a "test" and if this feature does not prove valuable or is detrimental to the content of this site, I'll change back to the old setup.

Tell me what you think of this feature after you've used or experimented with it. Remember, you can't delete other people's postings (unless you know their password), you can only delete your own.
