I really, really need to ask that we start posting on the topic of the Civil War. This can be Civil War past, present or future, but I need for you try to stay on-topic.

I am extremely busy right now with my real job and it's harder than usual for me to monitor this site, to respond to emails, etc.

I'm going to have to lean heavily on Jamie's support with this message board, but I'm going to ask that Jamie delete purely off-topic postings and threads. It's okay to insert a personal or off-topic line in a message, but the primary subject of the message should be the American Civil War.
