Re: "Dixie" played twice, right time, right reason

Mre. Adcox,

You can reply directly to me I will answer. You may also refer to me as George, Purvis, GP or SOB, I am not "some." I claim kinship to over 30 Confederate veterans all serving in Mississippi units. They range in rank from Col. James H. Mayson to Pvt. Richard B. Pittman Co F, 7th Miss. KIA Chickamauga, my ggg- grandfather. They ranged in age from 40s to 14. That would be Cornelius L. Oliver, Co. B, 24th Miss. Cav.

Well all that figuring sounds nice on paper, but when you look at the actual facts it takes on another character. Take for instance, 6 men nearly changed the name of Lee Co., Florida, one person ahs almost changed the name of ROTC building to Honor N. B. Forrest, one man has nearly changed the name of Forrest High school, one man removed the CBF and mascot from Ole Miss, one man has nearly banned the CBF from all NASCAR tracks, a brother and sister nearly had the name of Jefferson Davis removed from a Miss. Gulf Coast school but telling a lie. I think you get the picture, it is not millions or even the majority but just a very few that the spineless people in charge roll over far.

Now one woman is trying to change the Mississippi state flag again.
The Methodist have decided to speak out and condemn the CBF in South Carolina How many of that religion are in the country

Four states have apologized for slavery has the attacks stopped ??? NO

You are right, those of us who have the courage to take a stand and say enough is enough and stop out those little fires may be creating another little fire, and at least we are not letting it turn into a raging inferno. We are fighting with facts and the truth as stateed above, and not lies, emotions and playing on others sympathies.

By the time you get through hanging out with the 99%, everything will be changed. Go make your money and see how much heritage you can buy back. Sorry but I chose to hang out with the 1% fight to save what we still have, not turn a blind eye. I have spent huindreds of dollars of my money in this fight.

By the way when all things Confederate have been erased what do you suppose they will attack next? At what point will you stand and fight, stomp out a fire or two?
