I don't think it would be much trouble to get the whole thing set up as 501c3 non-profit, so that any donations could be tax-deductible and ther services rendered could still be provided. If any excess funds are left at the end of the year, we'll host an anuual corporate meeting at Gettysburg, Vicksburg,etc. John
