Keith, I had a great time but you don't have to worry about me moving to those parts... I like Ohio just fine. Why I live here... I've always wondered about folks that love the South( or North, or East, or West) but never live there. Like the man who said he loved his family but he never went home :-). The guy at the visitor's center said you couldn't drive through the graveyard but it looked plenty wide to me, was he right? Anyhow I parked on the street and walked through. Didn't see any lemons at Jackson's monument or his first burial site either. My nephew is a VMI graduate and I checked that out too, as I had never been down to Lexington VA. Thanks for the kind words, I enjoyed the trip but had to listen to Country Music all the way down there and back, which I don't like much. The better half likes it. The funny thing is while I don't much care for that style of music, I can sit and listen to Hank Williams Sr. (not Jr.) for hours on end. The man just fascinates me, more charisma than any other performer then or now. What can I say, I'm just a walking contradiction...I think it's the mixture of Russian and Southern (Scots-Irish) blood.)
