Thanks George, I found it. It wasn't listed under author, but it was under title.. I've ordered the book, as I believe it mentions where one of my ancestrial units and one of yours crossed swords across the Monroe County line in the Beaverdam region of NC. Elements of which on both sides would do their darnest to kill each other any chance they got. I know my g-g-Unc, Lt. James K. Morrow would. Ah, those blood feuds....nasty things aren't they? Reminds me of that O. Henry story where the lawyer sold his feud to the old coot from the hills for 200 dollars... forget the title of it. Of course we know money can't buy that kind of hate, it cost blood. Like I said, nasty buisness.
