I couldn't agree with you more. I just might add as a history major at Drury University in Missouri along with other history majors are seeing a trend toward offering fewer and fewer history courses and the courses that we are offered seems to be taught more toward political agendas of the instructors who are not really qualified to teach the course in the first place. For example, I took a class on "Women in European History" an online course, which really turned out to be on the History of Women Activism in world history which the instructor blamed European men for just about everything. (Male bashing really) To me thats not history, thats politics!
