I noticed this title in the thread discussing this below and decided to Google it. Amazon has about 100 of this now out of print book by Burke Davis. I paid $5.31 for my copy and that included shipping. Amazon is starting the price for copies listed as "acceptable" for 35 cents plus shipping! I just wanted to let everybody know how low the price is in case they want a copy.
