Alot has been written about the Civil War in the U.S. I'm curious to know how the Civil War appears in the textbooks or is taught in other countries like Europe, Mexico and Canada for example? Is it different from ours? Most textbooks about their history is written and published in the U.S. by Americans. Is their textbooks used in their schools written and published by them? I'd be interested in reading what their textbooks say about the American Civil War from their perspective.Is there an online source where one can access their textbooks on this subject?
