James, I agree 110% there are cases around the Nation’s courts about the very same issue. Ironic isn't it, the School gets F's across the boards in education reviews and yet their focus is on the mascot name. And yes the 2 vote’s to change the name was by the only 2 black board members, don’t figure. I wonder what General Forrest would say about this today. I know R.E.L. said that had he known how the South was going to be treated in more ways than one he would have never surrendered.
