Any neutral reader of the posts in this forum would very quickly see that many many folks here have made the point that mass burials during the war, on both sides, were NOT a sign of disrespect to the dead, but a matter of expediency. That is EXACTLY the point I made on the Tennessee board. Since my statement of the EXACT same sentiment was met with scorn over there, and is applauded here when said by others, CLEARLY it is not the CONTENT of the post that matters to the folks in these forums, but the IDENTITY of the person who posts.

There is no point in participating any further in any discussion forum where WHO says something is more important than WHAT is being said. It is impossible to take such a situation as serious meaningful discussion. CONTENT of the post should be more important than the IDENTITY ofthe poster, obviously that is NOT the case here in these forums.
