You are right. I did ask for pop. My Yankee upbringing betrayed me. Guess I wouldn't have made a good spy, lol.

I was back in Beaver Dam and Murphy a couple of years ago. Stopped at Hanging Dog Cemetery, but wasn't there long, I went on back to the old Radford home place and then down to the Unaka (they do have some names) Cemetery. As you know that is where all my Radford family is buried.

Yes I do remember that your g-g-grandfather Tobias was in some kind of business deal with Gov. Joe Brown but I forget what it was. I always though that they were kind of tight but I may be wrong about that.

The bookstore in Dahlonega, now that brings back memories. All those books and the squeaky wood floor. I always liked Dahlonega but haven't been too far south of Blairsville in sometime. There were a lot of books about the Civil War in that old store for sure.
