If I remember right I believe that the total Population in 1790 for the United States was about 1,000,000. I was wondering if that included the slaves or not? And if so what portion of the populationit was? It would also be interesting to know what State they were consentrated in?
The University of Virginia did some studies on the census. But I don't know if they did the 1790 census.
