That was after the US was attacked at Ft. Sumter. What do you think he should have done?
We have a situation like that right now in another part of the world. There is a country that has been bombarded by missels for some time by a group of terriorists. Since they have been being attacked on a regular basis, they decided to strike back and are they wrong in that?
