That's true, but a breakdown of local law enforcement due to civil unrest is a more immediate threat to the safety of the average citizen. That seems to be what everyone is looking for, war in the streets and mob rule. Even some cops are looking for this when things start to look like they are beginning to collapes because of the economy and other reasons.

Too large a percentage of our population depend on the Government to take care of them. When the welfare checks, social security and unemployment checks start to bounce what will happen then?
