We're on a rural water system, which is okay, but sometimes I go out and bring back a bucket of spring water to make iced tea. Sheer delight.
Chief, whatever "wisdom" I may possess is due to what you and most other people on this board also have -- maturity. When I was a teen-ager, I knew everything that needed to be known, I had the world all figured out, and my point of view was the only one that mattered. After a lifetime of service with Uncle Sam, I've seen war, death, poverty, dictatorship, intolerance, and about every bad thing you can think of; but also a lot of good things where I never expected to see them. When we get old, most of us realize that we'll never know everything there is to know; that we have to pick and choose our fights more carefully; that we need to see the other fellow's point of view; and all those other tolerant traits that come with maturity and your AARP card.
Or maybe it's just due to declining testosterone levels.
