Some of these shifts are happening now on local levels. Our county voted out all but one GOB (Good Old Boy) this past November. Starting over with the message sent we can do it again. I think that's what the nation wanted to do too but the choices were not as easy to make as they have in the past. I see the last election sort of like Lincoln's. Lot of back room wheeling n dealing. Tell the people what sounds good and they want to hear. They will treat you like a rock star. Can't believe I'm going to actually say this, but I think Lincoln was a more independant thinker than the upcoming one. Ok, now back to the subject we're s'posed to be on. :)
