But my point is that you are dealing in politics of Government formed by committee. We in our study today of lets say the Confederate Congress see the results of all the mistakes that they made, but we look at our own Congress today and they commit almost the same mistake in policy making 150 years later. So why should we expect better 150 years ago from those politicians?
