True and that is about the only difference in the two positions. Wonder if it is even feasible to estimate how many times that did or did not happen?

I was making a comparison of the actual jobs as asked by Perry. You know a slave didn't farm year round don't you? Still there is plenty of winter work when the crops are in, but that idea of picking cotton 24-7-365 just ain't so.

I am sure the little fellow will grow up to be a fine outstanding man. Congrats on your family addition.
