My Coast Guard Auxiliary buddies in St. Thomas have six rows on average. I somehow received three medals, Auxiliary Membership, Boat Crewman, and the last being for completeing some FEMA course! But, the crowning achievment is an impressive certificate as a "Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security" along with a wallet ID signed by Tom Ridge. Our government has a unique way of spending our money with ease.
