Sounds kind of familiar, doesn't it? I am glad we allow the Catholics, Anglicans, and heathens to bear arms, along with the Protestants. Be difficult for half our army to protect the other half while fighting a war.

Seriously, learning the underlying origin of so many familiar terms is interesting. I wonder why in school we only learned the Mexican War version of the birth of "Gringo", and the more perjoritive versions of "Redneck", and "Hilllbilly". Stan
