Thanks much, Duncan. Before I posted my first comment to this site, I had first tried to pull up information on that same site; but I believe that I have the slowest system in the world here. Were you also able to view the comments that the current owner of the flag stated regarding what he plans to do with the flag? I couldn't view that.
