Well according to what I read it just ciovers the instittution of slavery, does not mention race, so I am thinking this includes white and Indians also. Also covers the Jim Crow laws.

Getting anything Confederate is quite a task since we have the ignorant elected officals pandering for specfic votes, we don't scraem as loud as other groups, nor do we stick together as a group on any issue. None of the people in office have to pay attention to us because we are more apt to shooting ourselves in the foot an disagreeing with each other. We are pushovers.
