I find it difficult, although you maybe correct, that the KLU K K and other organizations had this much effect over such a wide area with Federal Troops occuping every state, and every major city. This sounds as if the infastructure of the states and their governments were under attack by some internal force. I have never heard of any such insurgent activity on this scale that required such actions.
