Doyle, that the Keller decision holding the right to keep and bear arms to be an individual right, although it only affected the District of Columbia, may obviate the need, the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause has been cited as applying the Second to the States, and not just the Federal Government. At some time we may need that provision, given the current climate. It is ironic, since the original gun control laws were designed to keep Blacks from having weapons. Stan
