Do you know if the man listed as John Gauldin Richardson is the same man that moved to Simpson County? His first wife was Nancy and she died in Simpson County. Then, he married a woman named Mary Mahaffrey in Simpson County, perhaps 1825.
Anyway, John Richardson was my 4th g-grandfather. He was born in NC in March 1767 and died in Buna, TX in March 1850.
