Lincoln's and Congresses last suspension's of Habeas Corpus, on September 13, 1863- the most wide ranging, covered the entire United States, even states not in rebellion. This was clearly in violation of articles 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 10 of the Constitution.
