This is a subject that I have been pursueing for several years. I have put together some material documenting the fact that blacks did serve in the Confederate army. It is not a complete list of names, but evidence such as Union reports of encountering black Confederates, newspaper articles, both Northern and Southern, and photos of blacks in veterans uniforms, etc. I use this for presentations at schools, re-enactments, etc.
