It costs $45 a year to be a member of The Company of Military Historians. The membership is composed of museum directors, curators, professors, park rangers, historians, reenactors, amateurs (yours truly). Besides the publication, there are regional chapters that are very active. During our annual conference, we get behind the scene tours of museums and if we're close to a battlefield, a battlefield tour. It also provides members with an opportunity to network with others in the field. Someone somewhere will have the answer to your question. At the bottom is a link.
