Re: Cump
In Response To: Cump ()

Dennis, I am glad to hear the Colonel is getting his due. God bless Texas! I had McBrayer relatives around Dallas and Waco. Uncle Robert owned a restaurant in Mesquite in the 50s and 60s. My last cousin died in El Paso a few years ago. A Boring fought at Bexar. Audie Murphy was also a Texan, so I guess it took one to beat his awards.

Cump, a good story on Pound Gap, Letcher County, Ky. My in laws showed up late, from West Virginia, in the early 20s. My wife's uncle, Lawrence Kuhl, is County Judge in Laurel County. The title is Judge, but he is really like the County Commissioner, or Executive. Merry Christmas to all. Stan
