Did not think to llok in "Deeds of Valor" for that image. The shoulder strap has slipped a bit down the soldier's right arm, but the position of the backpack which seems to support his head seems a little out of the ordinary. If he fell backwards, perhaps it caught on the rails as his head and shoulders slid down.
