James Bulloch was both a Patriot and an ex-Patriot close to my heart. He is buried in Toxteth Park Cemetery, Liverpool, England. So is my gg-grandfather, Joseph Allport, a contemporary of James Bulloch and a gunmaker who sold small arms exclusively to the Confederate States of America. I have family and friends in Liverpool who have paid homage to the grave of James Bulloch... God rest his soul. Teddy Roosevelt was fortunate to have him for an ancestor.
