Comparing the inevitable harshness and occassional brutality of under funded Confederate camps (e.g. Andersonville) to the officially condoned deliberate cruelty and inhumane policy of the Union camps (Camp Douglas, Elmira, Camp Chase,et al) is quite a stretch. Yes, you can study versions of Camp Douglas all over the North, but you will not likely ever see another documentary on par with 80 Acres of Hell.
