Could not find a Jasper collins in Co. F, 7th Batt. I did find a T. J. Collins whom I suspect is the same man. His cards read pretty much the same as Knights except Collins was in the hospital. He did enlist for 3 years and more than likely got a bounty even though the cards do not indicate that. No indication of an oath of any sort.

Would conscripted men enroll for 3 years???
