That question may be mute. The "Debt Bomb" is already beyond our ability to control. The question will be how can we pick up the pieces after that "Bomb" has gone off? It will take a fundimental reformation of what is left of this country afterwards. We will have to return to the basic of Government and how much of the "old" Constitution we will incorporate into the "new country" we form. Lets hope we will have learned from the lessons of History and places some new limits on the powers of a centralized Government. It is definate that the reformation movement of President Lincoln in 1860 did not work out.
