Chief, note the plural. A convntion cannot be restricted to one amendment. Can you imagine what might come of such a meeting? Not that they would be able to get 3/4 of the states to ratify junk, but it is scary to cotemplate. Not too long ago conservatives were clamoring for a convention. Not so much now. Our focus should be to get the G to follow the Constitution as it IS! If they had done that in 1861, history might read very differently than it does now. Stan
