In a discussion of the Civil War, or any discussion, I cannot let pass such a deliberately demeaning and insulting remark as referring to the Civil Rights Movement as "bowel movement". With the thin skins so often demonstrated by both sides of these debates, I believe that comment was unnecessary and cruel.
