Yes, it hit a nerve with me also as you can tell from my response. Not the usual nerve your postings hit, but a different one. There are days when my tolerance for these kind of characterizations is close to zero - as you might have picked up on if you read my response to Mr. Eugene Robinson's piece in the local news. Perhaps, I should not take all this stuff quite so seriously. I think Joe Allport characterized Mr. Robinson accurately when he called him a "drive by journalist."
