For those unaware of him, Walter Williams is professor of economics at George Washington University, a syndicated columnist and descendant of Virginia slaves. He is IMHO one of the most intelligent commentators on American life since Will Rogers or Mark Twain. He has also made a gift to 'European-Americans'.
