In general I let the other person take the lead in all discussions and then I post my views. To date I haven't had made much of either the US Constitution or the Confederate constitution except where secession or the issue of slavery is argued. Not being a scholar of either, it appears in most cases the CSA constitution is a mirrow of the US constitution. That being said offhand I cannot remember either addressing secession, so what if Mississippi had decided to leave the Confederacy??? Not wanting to revisit Jones County here which is a different situation.
