It may take a transplant. I do have it all on paper. Yes, it's on the computer and that's probably where they will look first but the back up is there. I have a file for the Civil War and in it I have copies of all of the CSR's, Pension records and such. Also the units and what battles they were in. As much as the 'grands' complain about me hauling them to the cemeteries, they get the point. They are going to at least know where they came from . It's up to them to decide where they are going.
